When you visit the store we start by working up sketches of your ideas. You don’t have to make detailed pictures or be an artist to draw your idea. Many of our customers just describe what they want and we do the rest. If you would like to bring in a doodle on a napkin or look through some books at our store we will figure it out. |
| The questions we ask at this step, along with the drawings, will give our craftsman the information needed to continue with a wax model for casting. After this model is finished, we have you come in to view it. This way you can see your original idea in 3-D, and you know the jewelry will look the same as ours. | After the wax is approved, the piece is cast and finished. | ![]() |
| There are some projects that are best prepared with another process called fabrication. This involves the craftsman working and shaping the metal by hand. Though there is no model to view, the results are impressive. It is possible to do the custom process via the phone and Internet, although there is nothing like actually meeting the craftsman who will do the work. |
